We are totally committed to exceeding your expectations. We typically schedule one inspection per day and are not in a hurry to get the inspection completed. We invest the time required to do the thorough job that you deserve. We generally spend 4-5 hours at an average size house and take the time to walk around the entire house with you, explaining the systems and pointing out both potential deficiencies and positive aspects of the house. We are committed to quality, no matter how long it takes.
aFTER THE INSPECTION
We are very proud to provide our clients with the best inspection report in Denver. It’s easy to read, written in plain English (not inspector jargon), and includes pictures to highlight items. We typically spend over 2 hours writing your report when we get back to the office, e-mailing it by the next day. The report is your final product and is very important to your understanding of the house and a valuable tool for your real estate transaction.
